What is iQ?

iQ products are smart, rodent-sensing devices that show pest control professionals exactly when and where rodents are traveling at their job sites.

Each iQ device – whether it’s a snap trap or rodent station – contains integrated Bluetooth sensors. This allows pest control professionals to use their smart phones and the free Bell Sensing app to check iQ devices from up to 100 feet away. The app instantly shows which devices in range have rodent activity and captures. The online Bell Sensing then automatically records this data, allowing users to identify trends and rodent activity hot spots.

A recent study conducted by Bell proved a professional can perform rodent control with iQ devices up to 78% faster compared to if they used standard rodent control products. Combine that with the data iQ devices collect, and it’s easy to see why iQ products are leading the rodent control industry.

How to use

  1. Remove the bait cup from the bottom of the trap by turning it counterclockwise.
  2. Place bait in the bait cup. Be sure not to overfill the cup.
  3. Reinsert the bait cup and screw it back into place.
  4. Set the trap by pressing on the back size (grooved area) until it clicks.
  5. Place the trap in areas where you have observed rodent activity, but out of reach of children and pets.

IMPORTANT! To safely close a T-Rex iQ, hold the back of the trap down as if you’re setting it. While maintaining pressure, use an object such as a pencil to depress the trigger mechanism. This will unlock the trap, allowing you to slowly close the trap.
